  1. Combine dry ingredients into a medium bowl and then add eggs and water.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat with some canola spray.
  3. Add the pancake batter to the pan in about 1/4 cup circles.
  4. Cook until you see the top of the pancake form multiple bubbles, and then flip.
  5. Cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Stack ’em high and load on your favorite toppings.
