Ingredients

  1. Fry the bacon over medium heat until it is just beginning to crisp.
  2. Add the eggs, cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until well combined.
  4. Add 1/2 sliced of bacon to bottom of silicone mold and pour egg mixture over the top until about 3/4 full. Cover the mold with foil.
  5. Add 1 cup of water and the trivet to your Instant Pot. Place the silicone mold on top of the trivet.
  6. Use the STEAM setting and set the timer for 8 minutes. Then allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. Release any remaining pressure before opening the Instant Pot.
  7. Remove the silicone mold from the instant pot and allow to cool a few minutes before enjoying.
Recipe Notes

These Instant Pot Sous Vide Egg Bites can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Microwave for 30-45 seconds to reheat. Egg bites can also be frozen and then microwaved for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
